Do you remember "POGS"? You know those cardboard chip things. And the Slammers, who could forget the slammers?

Ugh, please don't remind me.
And numbers lives in South Korea, don't worry about him not knowing about 90s US culture.

Pogs were the terrible weapon invented to destroy all Koreans in a wave of fire. But they, uh, got lost. Fortunate for Numbers, but next time they're all de-

Hmm? Oh wait POGS. Yeah, I remember them. Little round cardboard doo-dads. They were everywhere.

These are the ones I am talking about.

I am sorry to have offended anyone if that was not clear.

We call them bum bags over here, because fanny means your arse in the States, not your minge. :D

Pogs were one of those crazy fads, like yoyo's, tamagochi's and pokemon cards. Laid to rest thank god.

I donno...I think I could bring them back. I mean bell bottoms came back.

A friend of mine once tried to bring the "Rat-tail" hairstyle back. Thankfully, he failed.

lol - I haven't heard the word minge for ages :)

Me and a mate once got a slap for shouting 'show us your minge' at a bunch of scrubbers one drunken night.

I remember pogs were only good for throwing at each other. The thicker plastic ones though, the cardboard ones didn't fly very well/do enough damage.

Wahey! I post so many Office quotes every day and no one hardly ever picks up on them. You win respect Griz.

edit: Nick, i still can't find them. Could you ask around?

some things just cant come back. Like the Mullet. Eww that was just a bad idea to began with.

Things with unnecessary Z's on the end annoy me. 'I gots skillz!' Oh god please die. The one word which should have a Z but doesn't is xylophone, for christs sake listen to the word. Zylophone! You know it makes sense.

not just the z words. I hate all the people who add letters to random words to make them cool...like funner. Why the heck would someone really want to say funner. It just makes u sound so stupid.

And what about Xenon??

The nobel gases are above everyone, they can be left alone.

Gambling for the young-uns!!!

They were around about 8 maybe 9 years ago. I know a long time but makes you miss the old days.

Gambling for the young-uns...hahahaha I have been playing poker for ages.

Anyone trying to replace the Xs with Zs should be dickslapped for trying to simplify English beyond even what America has managed.

Pogz were great. I loved 'em. Stick them in a stack, throw the slammer at it, and you get to keep any that land face-down. Awesome.

Aw damn, pogs were awesome! I think I still have some tubes of 'em. (remember those tubes you stored them in?) I had some that were called like Poison or something, it was a series. And I had awesome slammers, metal ones shaped like razor blades, and even one that had a bubblegum scent to it (loved that one!)

Pogs were totally awesome.

In fact, with the physics engines these days, someone could make a pogs internet computer game! You could even design your own pogs. It would win.

That's an amazing idea.

Someone do it.

Pogs were teh pwn.

I was a little too old for the pogz generation. Though some sad sacks of shit from my age group trying to hold on to their childhood played it/used them/whatever you do with them. They received much ridicule. They then moved onto magic cards.

MAGIC CARDS.

Hey now, there's nothing wrong with holding on to your childhood if it's just a hobby.

I remember pogs as well.

Good times. I think I sold them all at a yard sale as the fad died out. :/

I totally agree! Don't worry, it was just everyone had gone through puberty except this group of pogz kids who still spoke with girls voices and were covered in bum fluff. So..in retrospect i guess they weren't holding onto anything. They were still kids.
