First you'll need this:

Be advised: Its a v0.02 release. e.g: Grav gun, doesn't appear how it should,
BUT IT WORKS! The only time you would probably need it anyway is to make a barricade:E
SOME times the other guns flicker a purple block where the nozzle flash is,
kill in the console sorts that out, refreshes the mapping.

Cos the standard map is crap you will also need these.

I just spoke to Dan, (creator of the NOAMZ series) and he told me hes gonna turn these into a
map pack for this God Damn Undead mod.

They're currently up to the second version, but it doesn't have as much zombies as the first one. But the ravenholm map of 0.02 is absolute ace :D

They're working on another large map and 0.03 is on the way.

EDIT : If you're going to host a server, count me in! Making a few small holdouts and rushing from holdout to holdout is great fun :D

Zombie Master may pwn all our cats, but when GDU reaches a stable stadium, it'll be a perfect mod to play for ten minutes blasting away zombies. Zombie Master is much more refined and only provides maximal fun if you're in a decent team that actually knows how to aim and how to barricade.
I do not own the leaked version of ZM.
I mean, I do not own ZM

That statement alone proves that you haven't played it.
 
I played a helluva lot of ZM yesterday, in the well re-worked version that AL, tGB and Pi had put tonnes of work into recently(and many others), and dear lord its coming on leaps and bounds.

Hmmm the concept of just normal spawned zombies AI controlled isn't too appealing, you need a human controlling the zombies to attack etc for maximum fun.

Cats, lynx's, leopards, jaguars, cheetahs, tigers and lions getting owned right now.

Well there are nodes placed so zombies can find their way around barricades you make :)

ok and you quirkles, you did too much if anything :) And its so professional, is that ok for your thank you.

Oh and beerdude, is there a variety of types of zombies, that can jump, smash barricades, ignite, float. Nodes to go around indeed, but what about strategic attacks with fasties pushing into a corner followed by some normal zombies boxing you in! Can't put a price on some things.

Yeah we don't do news updates yet. Quite lazy bunch we are(LOL) and you will get information about it soon enough.
 
So what's this mod do? Spawn a bunch of zombies and put nodes on maps?

We just like talking about it because, frankly, it's so damn good.

Map sizes vary. The first two maps that we produced were really different - one was really tiny, just a narrow stretch of road with a few buildings you could barricade yourselves in, and the second was a behemoth of maps, and until recently, with our optimisations, it'd cause the server to make a metallic groan under the sheer weight of it.

Sorry to poke another question!

Was/is the map larger that 64MB?
 
It's a shade under 17mb at the moment. I don't see it going up significantly.

"net_maxfilesize" = "16" min. 0.000000 max. 64.000000
- Maximum allowed file size for uploading in MB

Default is 16Mb, had to change it to 30Mb in the past, to upload properly to the client.
 
The map's going to be included with the build. You won't need to stream it across Steam, so we're not going to be fiddling with net_maxfilesize.
