Dodgy Error

hey, i refomatted my pc, and after re-downloading/installing sdk, i found I couldnt load it

heres the error:

has any one else had this/know how to counter act it?

it looks to me like you havent decrypted the games befor you tryed to run the SDK

download all the updates for every game and run the games at least once befor you run the SDK for the first time
