What info have we heard about dog as of now. A friend of mine who has the leaked Hl2, no the alpha, but the full game said he watched dog in action and hes really kool. So what do we know about it so far?

its a leak that has actual playable levels, as apposed to the year old beta with incomplete features. although in this one there is no multiplayer.

There was no new leak, and if memory serves me, DOG is not operational in the beta, so your friend is probably bullshitting you.
 
Ie: Someone decompiled the old unworking maps and recompiled them using the old leaked version of Hammer 2, whilst adding their own assets, most like.

[EDIT]: @ DVS: I have it from several reliable sources that Dog does or can be made to work.

yeah, there was the video the swedish kids took, it has dog in it, but his animations are screwed up, and he kind of floats around before going through his walking animation.
 
Yeah, he looked awesome with this great fluid walking animation, and then the incomplete animation causes him to glide around motionless.

hl2 was leaked only once. and this damn dog was in the first leak. if you dont accept it, go suicide.
