The graphics of doom3 are way further sophesticated as in hl2.
the lighting effects are stunning , try running doom3 and 1600x1200 at ultra settings with everything on high. using Nvidia's new SLI technologies.
Halflife2 graphics dont cope with Doom3's its too bad Doom3 has a bad gameplay , storyline.
if someone could rebuild Hl2 on the Doom3 engine it would be perfect. perhaps they need to combine some outdoor scenery since that isnt Doom3's strongest point. i mean hey come on. the only parts that made me scare was the part that a zombie suddenly spawned out of the water.
what about the fast zombies, better lighting effects would certainly increase the ''scary'' factor.
concluding a game is a good game when it's nearly too scary to play it.
