But you seem to dislike anything military/paramilitary. D:

oh here we go again ..what do my personal views have to do with this issue?

and the fact that Emergency Code 21 is not in effect, therefore the govermetnt won't take me in until 2 more years??

Excuses, excuses Numbers.

If your government reject you, that's the start of the test.

You've got to keep trying and trying to get in the military, turn up at some barracks with a gun and a uniform, it's the only way to pass the "Love of the Fatherland" test.

If you get drafted, you dont need to just be a field grunt right? There are a lot more jobs in the military than just killing people. I would probably do something on computers for them. And then get court marshaled for being on hl2.net too much.

Exactly, there's different jobs in the military that need to be filled and most of them are'nt nessecarly 'field work'.

Er, nothing? :p

Eh, can't I just wait 2 ~ 5 more years?

I'd take the opportunity to blow some heads off, and be praised for it.

if i dont get into college i'll voluntarily join the military, (not saying i agree with the war, but it probably be good for me since im lazy)

I don't like the way my cousin is turning out after having spent some time in bootcamp and training. The guys there are rubbing off on him in all the wrong ways.

He's said a couple racist things, which I *KNOW* he picked up from the guys in his group, while at thanksgiving, and I felt like beating his ass because he never had a racist bone in his body before... AT ALL.

There's just the problem that he's a marine now and he has the physical training to drop me to the ground quickly and easily for the most part, even though he's still near the beginning of his overall training.

They don't call the marines the "rabid dogs" for nothing.

Off topic:
"Demon Hunters" is reserved for Korean marines.

I wouldn't ever fight for imaginary lines in the dirt. Anyone who does is stupid. I would only fight to uphold the quality of life for me and my loved ones. Since Iraq holds absolutely no relevance to that whatsoever, anyone who is willing to venture into a strange and dangerous country to "serve" their own in an illegal and immoral war, is stupid.

I'd go for a medical disfunction probably. I wonder how easy it is to get away with that, how about a raging homosexually self-mutilating emo with bad sight?

And ruin your military career? :|

I don't think so.

The Marine Corp doesn't nessecarly make people into assholes -- nethire does the Army, or the Bundesheer, the SAS, etc. etc. But he's sounds extremely frusterated with the power thats been given to him and taken away from him.
