I mean like, you have a chance to do anything in the world, ANYTHING as a job, why would you help people?

I really like helping people if I feel like it's making a difference. In fact I'd be a career volunteer if I could somehow live off of feeling good about what I'm doing, but it just doesn't pay the bills.

I think that there is a lot of satisfaction from helping people; something you won't get from some of the so called dream jobs ITT.

On the other hand it is very frustrating taking a lot of time to help someone and feeling like it's not making a difference; not helping.

I guess it all comes down to personality types. Nothing is right for everyone.
