I wouldn't buy a PSP if it was $100 let alone $250. Strip out the crap that I don't need like the umd video player, mp3 player and web browser and you're left with a $250 dollar handheld that plays PS2 quality games. LOL, no thanks. Sony has one heck of a marketing team.
Ghost, do you pay for all this entertainment yourself or do your parents get it all for you? I couldn't imagine a person throwing away so much cash for a couple of handhelds. Is gaming on the road all you do or do you own a few consoles and a PC as well?
