Farewell to the Village Idiot

 Oh man I haven't seen some of those. What a dunce.

oh man there were some major lol's in that. I hate bush's policies but I bet he's a fairly personable dude.

Ah, in some ways it's a shame to lose him all right.

I demand that he be kept in a masquerade and convinced that he's still President, acting out unfulfillable decrees and being fed false information, making live blunders for our amusement.

Five words with Czech reporters! I'll miss Dubya....

Not!

At least we can visit him in the presidential head museum in another thousand years or so. (Bottom shelf behind the cleaning supplies)

As much as I dislike some of his policies and ignoring the standard "He is dumb lol" nonsense, he did a lot of good too. I think in 50years time people will look back and see him as the president who liberated two enslaved countries and brought democracy to the middle east.

My uni's politics society is having a inauguration party in association with the American Embassy, I'll cross the lines of the socialist picketing the event and attend. If somebody declares a toast of farewell and appreciation to Bush, I'll raise my glass.

What if they do it sarcastically.

I lol'd mostly at the bored kid. When he started collapsing, I cracked up.

Solaris, whatever your smoking, cut that shit teh **** out son, its not good for your brain.

Also change that avatar you commie sun-ofa-bitch.

Good riddance to Bush, he was a shit dumbass president and NOBODY will ever miss him or consider him anything but a failure.

Its easy to be nice about it when he's finally gone, but in all honesty massive incompetence should not be rewarded with kindness.

I'm with him.

I have to say that a lot of his policies were horrible, but you do have to put in some of his good as well. I wouldn't say he was the brightest or smartest of men to be president, but I do believe he is a genuinely nice guy.

Being a swell chap over a few cold beers really pales in comparison to his misguided, idiotic hubris which has contributed to the deaths of thousands and the erosion of our stature at home and abroad.

**** him.

I think history will eventually redeem him. This was also the case with Harry Truman who had comparably low approval ratings to Bush. Now we revere Truman as one of the greatest.

I always figured in 50 years we'll know even more about how sinister and corrupt his administration was. Don't start looking at him fondly just cus he's ****ed off now, 1 trillion dollars of deficit speaks otherwise.

This^.

Theres is a difference between unpopular but competent and ultimately good policy and decisions, and just being a ****ing moron.

I think in 50 years we won't even remember Bush.

Americans don't know shit about history.

I dunno, I still remember...
who was that guy who nuked the japs?

I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for you.

Hey don't blame Bush, he didn't actually make any decisions himself anyway.

I can't decide what's worse, his neo-conservative ideology or the incompetance in which he executed it.

I dont know what was worse, bush's presidency or the fact that the american public voted him into office twice. I wonder how Bush would have fared were he allowed to run for president for a third term ..they dodged the McCain bullet however I'm not so sure Obama would have done as well if bush were on the ballot. All time low rating approvals the fact that he's an idiot didnt seem to matter all that much in 2004 sooo ..

anyways I hope this isnt goodbye. In fact I'm hoping we hear much more of bush in the coming years: at the hague answering charges of war crimes aloing with his cronies. string him up I say, 1,000,000+ dead iraqis demand it

Well, he gave Estonia visa freedom.....

hmmmmmmmmmm....

Troop deployment in Iraq 2003-present

Estonia: 40 troops

40 troops is worth visa freedom, no?

wtf took you so long? it was more than apparent by 2004 that he was a. dumb as dirt, b. had falsified justification for invasion of iraq c. is dumb as a doorknob

I remember that Churchill fellow, because he has a funny name.
Hahah.. church..

Obama cheated too. I mean all the coloured people voted for obama just like all the stupid people voted for bush: unfair advantage is unfair

Thank the media for that one.

I'm more of the opinion that the American people are, by and large, ignorant and more than willing to swallow BS the media or the administration dispenses.

The media's only part of the problem. The People™, forever absolved of responsibility, play just as big a part, if not moreso.

You're showing your age, calling black people colored.

oh and didnt you for bush?

yeah, I'm sure the UK is much better. You guys seem to have freaked out just as much as we did after some of your buses got bombed. All of the sudden muslim mosques should be banned. And who exactly is feeding this bs in your country if it's not the media?
