eating healthily helps, but salad aint gonna gobble up all yer fat.

I just started now and I'm following a method my brother used from a website that starts you at running 60 seconds at a time and walking 90 (over 20+ minutes) and works you up to running full time. The running then walking part is so you don't exhaust yourself right away like you did that first time you ran. Your heartbeat will get in the calorie burning zone fairly quickly early on but you need to keep it up for like 20 minutes so your body starts burning fat.

ailevation said::naughty: Okay this is day 2 of making an effort to exercising. I got out starting with stretches then 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups. I started off running, then alternating to walking and running, with a little bit jogging here and there. I did this for about an hour! Yay! What a drastic improvement from yesterday! Not to mention I noticed a fine ass asian chick that lives on my block in which I never realized before. She was was takin' her dog our for a walk... at first I thought it was my mommy from far away. She was HAWT! Like OH MY GOD! Anyways, I think i'm on the right track to becoming fit again! Next time i'll bring my camera phone for those spy shots on her BUTT!! Post it on Halflife2.net and my e-pen0r will grow!
