Im Fat, never used to be. I was 182lbs and was 6'2".
But now I've got a belly...
Tip: Work out everyday. One day, work out your upper body. Then the next, work out your lower body. The lower body workout should also be more cardio then anything.
Drink water, eat light or eat heavy but healthy portions of food. Burn at least 1,000 calories a day.
