Fatness!

Im Fat, never used to be. I was 182lbs and was 6'2". :D

But now I've got a belly...

Tip: Work out everyday. One day, work out your upper body. Then the next, work out your lower body. The lower body workout should also be more cardio then anything.

Drink water, eat light or eat heavy but healthy portions of food. Burn at least 1,000 calories a day. :D

You should not drink water, its not a health drink. Im not saying it will kill you.. just theres alot better stuff then water.

Whoever said to do cardio before lifting, DONT. If you do that, your body will burn your muscles for energy, because much of will have been used up while doing cardio. First lift, then do cardio. You burn more fat this way, and when you have more muscle mass, you use more energy while doing other things, so you lose fat faster.

I was cycling today (7am) to get a little fitter, and some ****er opens his car door on me, despite having a glowing fecking jacket and lights on.

The lesson there is that people want you to get morbidly obese.

Its a good idea to do about 10 minutes running before you do anything really.

I have a question about weight loss and alcohol consumption. I too am getting a bit on the podgy side and want to lose weight. I've heard that alcohol is really really bad for weight loss, but the problem is here in New Zealand that's pretty much all we do - drink. I mean, me and my mates consume ridiculous amounts of beer (and tequila, and rum and bourbon) every single weekend, and usually a couple of times in between. It's my hobby. Is it still possible for me to lose weight and continue to drink like a fish?

course you can, itl be harder though

all u gotta do to burn fat is use more calories than your taking in

thats the top and bottom of it, the more you take in the harder you gotta work

holy crap cakes batman i didnt know that!

i bet you didnt know this;

*what did batman say to robin before he got in the batmobile?
"robin, get in"*

when people talk about cardiovascular exercise they mean aerobic
or even worse aerobics
*shudders*

I smell the sarcasm on your breath. I only said it because you had said there is no such thing as cardio.

The actual process of exercising is easy. The hard part is motivating yourself to keep on exercising for as long as possible on a regular basis.

For most people including myself simply saying I want to exercise so I can lose some weight and look a little better and feel a little healthier isn't enough of a motivator. I need a really good reason or reasons to exercise. Personally I exercise with the goal of reaching what I would call the best form of physical fitness for a human being, not too bulky like those body builders and not too thin like those marathon runners.

My reason for wanting to be fit like that? Well anyone who I told in real life including most people here would laugh at me but I will say it anyway. Think of the level of fitness most characters in games must be at, they run for an incredible amount of time and can fight for hours at a time lifting heavy things, imagine the kinds of neat things you could do in real life if you were as fit as them. Who says video games can't help in being physically fit? :p

i totally agree with u man i guess we are both high all the time or something

great motivators for me in my training comes from fictional characters

but at the same time most of the real life people who motivate me i have never met and never will so they might aswell be fictional too, or at least on a similar level.

examples being bruce lee and ken masters

works for me lol

:O It's only been day three and I already made drastic improvements, like I can run for a longer period time for a longer time. Yesterday when I was finished my legs and stuff were really sore and aching for hours. Today they only ached for like 10 minutes and I'm still a little sore.

Good job :)

I eat the large bag of doritos in 2 days.
I much oreos, drink insane amounts of milk (2-3 gallons a week) and soda.
I eat three meals a day aside from constant munching.

I never really excersize, just 50 pushups/50 crunches/50 weight lifts a day.

6'2", 150 pounds.
I lost three pounds when I had a canker soar for 5 days.

:p
