-Deus ex (future like techno)

-Morrowind (atmospheric)

-NFS HP2 (cool tracks)

-GTA3 (Radio)

-Medal Of honor+expansion (Extremely immersive music)

Morrowind, expecsixlly with the atmospheric sound effects mod.

America's Army for the sounds in the middle of a pitched battle....
 
Nothing is better then the GTA Vice City music :D

Although the Battlefield 1942 theme is quite catchy.
 
I like the old digital sounding music like on for example the amiga and c64. Turrican 2 for amiga has great music.

Chrono trigger/cross for snes/psx has some great tunes too

Also love the music from BF1942 and some of the megaman games
 
Regardless of what you thought of the game, Metal Gear Solid 2 had an exceptional soundtrack by Harry Gregson Williams (Enemy of the State and The Rock).
Really got the blood pumping in the right places.
 
My favorite is from the SNES game Secret of Mana. The song's name is "Fear of Heaven". I've always liked Sonic the Hedgehog music, and Megaman X was good too.

BF1942 music is alright. Like Munro said its catchy.

Vice city music is cool.

But my favorite music has to be C&C the original, plus the Red Alert music (NOT RA2 or Tib sun)
 
Quake 2. Had a sore neck everytime I played it.

HL had good music, it went well with the game - added to the mood.
 
My favorite game music would have to be the Terran songs from Starcraft and IceCaves from DiabloII. UT2003 has some really cool techno songs too.

Aliens V Predator also has nice atmospheric music that suits the atmosphere nicely.
 
Medal of Honour, Half-Life, Vice City, BF1942:Desert Combat, and Timespitters 2. The anaconda mini-gaqme: Bom-bebobbly bom bebobbly DAH DAH DAH DAH DAH DAH... Like pacman era jazz
 
I really liked the music from MAFIA. All of the music fitted well with the game and the awesome story. Great music.. :cool:
 
Im a retro dude so i say....everything older then 93 :)

Guardian Legend is high up the list...

Vice city soundtrack looks big fun.. i also grew up in the eighties..hehe like miami vice too..a lokal tv station is rerunning it..ooh yeah, very nostalgic and moody music...the only thing on Tv i don't wanna mis these days..

The music of wipeout 2097 i also found good and adding to the futuristic atmosphere..i remenber the "underworld" track and going so fast in the high levels it went insane :D

For the rest i liked the HL1 music..dark electronic ambient and breakbeat stuff

Sulkdodds: The Anaconda music in Timesplitters 2 threatened to destroy my brain with its catchy-ness. Its on that subtle plain between annoying and superb.
 
Whoops I forgot about UT and UT2K3, whenever im exercising (yes im a geek that works out) I listen to those. Alot of them make perfect jogging music it really helps you enjoy a little exercise.
