Favorite movie you saw in 2004

I'd have to say the two films I enjoyed the most would be Shaun of the Dead and Return of the King Extended Edition - Such a great film, but f**k me I though it was going to end on about 18 seperate occasions.

hmm...can't decide on one particular movie but the few that come to mind are: Colateral, ROTK, Kill Bill Vol. 2, Troy, Spider-man2 and The Chronicles of Riddick.

Personally, Kill Bill was the biggest let down ever...

Shaun of the dead was great, i love British comedy.

Theres the obvious ones this year (ROTK, Shaun, Spidey 2) and they certainly deserve it.
Myself I'll champion and underdog pick.
I've heard people clap four times in a theater here. I've heard them do it in Star Wars, LOTR, The Matrix, and just this past September during Sky Captain. I really can't wait to see whay Conran does next.
I'd also like to give a nod to Hellboy for being an incredibly well done comic book movie.

meh, I liked AvP, just because of the aliens and predators :burp:
Probably Spiderman 2 was my favorite. I even saw it in the cinema, though it was sucked from the internet (I had nothing to do with it :O ).

Eternal Sunshine is about a guy who undergoes this treatment to erase the memory of a girl he fell in love with but didnt want to remember anymore, then he starts getting those memorys back and everything gets pretty wierd as he meets her and falls in love with her all over again. Its one of those wierd films but v enjoyable all the same...

Well said. It's quite an enjoyable story - but tries too hard to be clever imo. Some of it just seemed silly.

Well worth a watch, though.
