What is everyones favourite sausage?

Mine has to be the Lincolnshire sausage, beautiful Lincolnshire pork with a hint of Sage, absolutely gorgeous.

Salami's definately the lead contender for me. German Black Pepper Salami. Brilliance in sausage form.

Germans have traditionally made the best sausages, and working at lidl i have tried them....they are good, especially the spicy long ones (forgotten the name)
Bratwurst are nice.........a nice big sausage (man that sounds gay)

But there was one sausage that beat them all, which you can no longer get.
My local butchers pork and ale sausages were wonderful, the butcher died a few years back so i can no longer have them
All butchers are doomed thanks to supermarkets.

If it's safe to eat and provides nutrition then it is good to eat.
(good if its tasty too, so your body dosn't reject it)
I eat black pudding, some people are put off because "it's got blood in it"

Btw, yes, i would eat human i'm not joking.

it's a little overworked and kinda dry but you cant beat aged sausage :naughty:

I'm a Polak so I'd have to say my 11 inch kielbasa is the best sausage in the world. Tastes great, chicks love it.
