Seriously though, what is Squarenix trying to do to us gamers, as if FFX-2 wasent enough sex't up goodness. It is sort-of odd all the sex appeal that goes into that series now.
 
Possibly so that they can detract from the gameplay without the players noticing ....... ?
 
is FF XII supposed to be an MMORP?
because thats what turned me off the newest FF game... :|

I agree that it went way downhill with X, but they can be fun and im hoping this one will be better.. if nothing elese a good softcore porno

Those bunny ears are freaking me out. THey look so nasty. I mean, at least the other 'furry' stuff which I also hate, doesnt look so realistic and nasty. lol
 
let me get all you confused peoples facts straight.

FFXII is set in the same place as FF tactics, but the gameplay and story will be completely different. We have known about the characters for ages, to me this is old news :p

also the gameplay will be completely different to other final fantasies, as the battles are in real time and you can move the characters around. However this is not an MMORPG, this is a normal single player gaem.

I have watched both the promotional trailer and the gameplay trailer, and i must say the game looks much better than FFX, because the reduced polygons in the models (or something). apart from that it just looks like a normal FF, just with nicer (and more consistent) visuals.

Japanese artist's are exelent in making sexy CG lady's..
 
Square Enix has put Yasumi Matsuno behind the helm for this game. His previous works include Ogre Battle, Vagrant Story, and Final Fantasy Tactics. This is his first venture into the mainstream Final Fantasy series, and he is no beginner at creating truly deep stories. The combat system will be similar to that of .hack, although there will be a lot of unique Final Fantasy esque features. Random battles have been done away with, as you can now see every enemy, which will allow you to pick and choose your battles. The visuals are also a step up from FFX, in that facial and body animation will flow better and are more realistic.
 
The bunny ears look a bit weird. But I sure would enjoy the ramming thing.

I suppose having hot girls in it would make you make sure they didn't die. Cause I wouldn't wanna watch them gettin' killed.

They merged with Enix....

Anyhow FFX was pretty good, alot better than 9 and 8 IMO... FF 6 and 7 take the cake though, I hope 11 can be as good as them. That would be wicked sweet.
 
Never liked final fantasy. Not really interested in it.

Enix also made RPGs. They are most well known for their Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest series.
 
a lot of the development team from enix made chrono trigger (greatest rpg of all time)
 
I'm still waiting for a sequel to Legend of the Dragoon..

I personally loved that game. It was so unexpected when they released it, and it was very innovative at the time.

I think it was the other way around, and I think it was because Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within flopped really bad at the boxoffice..
