"I think Bush has his priorites straight. God first, government second. Spreading democracy among the world." - Arizonan Bush supporter

that made me chuckle for a bit. Anyways...about an hour away, its gonna start. How do you guys think this will go down?

Kerry will 0wn Bush just like the last two.

I think it'll just end up being a repeat of the 2nd one, unless Kerry does something surprising like pulling some sort of rabbit out of his hat. Then it'll be like the first one.

Either way, I think the trend of the last two debates points to a Kerry win.

Also, that quote makes me sad because that's what a good third of the voters must think.

Yea, i wish there were more though
They're actually fairly interesting
Kerry will definitely win
I expect bush to do alright though

Kerry did not own bush in the second one, but he indeed did in the first. I'd say the second one was a draw.

The Second one bush worked that room like a Kennedy. Kerry got owned the last one.

In the second one, Bush called Kerry a Kennedy. :p
Haha, nice one.

Although I do think that Bush "won" the second debate.

It comes on at 9PM Letters :p
and on the matter of who won the last debate is just self opinion. or if you have like a PhD in Debating or something go for it. ;)

I'm glad not everyone
Thinks like i do.
Then everyone would
Always be right
And i'd have no one
To make fun of.

I don't believe its sad to have a different view, but to have a religious priority before government issues, I think thats wrong. I believe seperation between church and state should be enforced.

EDIT: 10 more minutes

i can't find the nytimes stream - last time the stream was live half an hour before the debates started on nytimes.com

this time - nothing.

everyone is looking for the upset.. they're expecting the kerry of about 2 months ago to show up and yammer his way through overly extemporaneous explanations.. should be interesting.. i've also heard that kerry is going to go for the base 'zealots' of the democratic party tonight. it's on!!

Yes. I am watching it via ABC News feed provided by Comcast. :p

Enjoying every bit of it. :E

Lol bush just said its kinda like one of thoose exaggerations!! how contradictory the way they slam his flipflops anywho blahblahblah your right kerry looks a bit tired

contaminated vaccines?? thanks UK  i knew you weren't really part of the coalition of the righteous!!

lol.. bush is starting on the "evil lawyers" stuff already..

The flu vaccine question caught me off guard. Had no idea they would tackle that type of topic.

Caught Bush off guard too, but really, that was an unexpected question.

i think bush did say that about Osama Bin Laden - i think it might actually be a direct quote.

bush seems to be wandering a bit.

How does Kerry turn a flu question into a Healthcare response?

He needs to get on topic.

bait and switch?

dude.. even i could tellt hat that was the point of that question.. i mean, do you really think the moderator cares that much about the flu? it was a health care question, it's one of the cnetral issues for this debate.

Its a marketing term. A company offers a product in an ad at a great price. You then go to the store and buy it to realize that they don't carry it (intentionally). However, since you are at the store, you buy a more expensive product. That is illegal.

dont you think a flu question is related to healthcare? think about it.

lol.. i know what it means, bush was using it very poorly.

The question was about the flu vaccine situation. Not the current healthcare situation.

bush has got a very annoying flap of skin on his neck when he looks at kerry.....

lol.. this is such a partisan thread, haha.
I'm a Kerry supporter.

And to keep it fair, why is Bush removing "and"? It sounds like he is saying paigo.

"pay as you go" for bush became "pay go" then "paygo" then "pedro"
