What is the command i type in "run..." to let me select certain programs to run and not run when windows boots up?

Also answer these if you can...

when is the pro 9900 coming out?
are there any new reliable LCD monitors that run perfect for gaming? (no ghosting and high colors and crap) or should i stay with a CRT?
Any other things i can do on my computer to make it run faster? I defrag every once in awhile, run virus scans, and uh thats about it...anything else?

do disk cleanup, or is it called scan disk now? lol, cant be assed to look at the start menu. If you do that, it delets unwanted files, and makes things run faster

The program you want is msconfig, just type in "msconfig" in the run command line.

The 9900 Pro is rumored to come out the same day as Half-Life 2 since its going to be bundled with it.

Ya stick with CRT, LCD screens still aren't good for gaming and they cost more.

Actually I was watching The Screen Savers a little while ago, and a guy asked about using a Plasma TV for a monitor...but they said some LCDs work just as nice for games as a CRT monitor.
I can't remember what brand it was (I think it was NEC, is that real?) but they use them for their LAN Parties and have no problems whatsoever.

Yeah, safer to go with CRT at the mo, and alot cheaper! there is some number you'll see in LCD tech info, can't remember what it is, but it defines the lasting time of the light in the pixel or something, so basically how fast it can refresh to a darker colour(eliminating streaks). But you will pay through your left nostril for one if these hi-spec LCD's.

okay seriously.. i heard the same thing as him.. LCD's suck for gaming..
until they improve the tech in those, CRT is the way to go
