About a year ago, I was moving into a new place with my housemates from the previous place. This new place had a garage, so I thought, time I had a home gym. Off to the shops I popped and bought a weight bench, weights and a bike. About ten seconds after I set it all up (Ok, about 3 days), my housemates moved all thier crap out of storage and filled the garage floor to ceiling, burying my gym gear.
So, they have just moved into thier own place, and I have my space back, so I set up everything, at which point I realised I had forgotten all the research I did last year on how to use free weights. It seems google turns up very little that isn't payfor membership sites.
All I need is a list of excersies for free weights, including what they train, muscle wise. I found a nice site with video instructions, but I'd like something I can print and use as a reference.
Any of you fittness folks out there know any sites with this info avaliable? Dosen't need to be a bunch of advanced stuff, just basic stuff to let me create a basic routine to get going with. I'm quite happy to gather and colate info from various sites if theres no one good resouce out there.
