Fileplanet got it
a single player demo
can't wait for tomorrow ( and the fridays is always boring for me:p )
this game is rocks

You mean the previous game rocked, you can't know the sequel rocks til you've played it.
But yeah, it does sound very nice.
Too bad it's XB1/PS2/PC, I hope they make the third game XB360/PS3/PC so we can get next-gen graphics..
I really like hte fact that this one is more open-ended also, i.e. the enemies continually "respawn" until you say blow up a certain tunnel that gives'em access to the area.

The first was interesing and new, spoiled only be the fact that the enemies were as dumb as bricks.

Hopefully there'll be less instances of 8 men trying to out flank one guy hiding behind a car/bin/baracade and more urban warfare against tactially astute guerilla insurgents.

That sounds both lame and interesting at the same time. o.o

xlucidx, I recommend reading the recent handon from GameSpot, it covers the gameplay improvements in far more detail then I have the time to do ! : P

QFT.
6char.

Do we get to actually control a soldier this time? I was sick of their crappy aim in the first one. They were missing shots that I know I could make.

Read the goddamn hands-ons on GameSpot ffs.:p
There's a sniper-ish system so that you can try to take down soldiers yourself iirc.
But it's still very largely based around controlling the squad like a tactician, it's not an FPS of any kind..

Oooh, I loved this game!
Definitely going to try/buy this one.

PC Gameplay - the only pc gaming mag in Belgium and the Netherlands - was very disappointed and gave something like a 6.5/10. The graphic improvements are marginal and gameplay-wise it's not better than the original.

Having a lot of friends who've been to Iraq, they all remark how insane or untactically astute they are. I'll even link you to one of their LiveJournals as soon as my sister gets off work.

Pretty fun, fairly short, but still fun as anything. Offers a good range of scenarios. Using the Bradley at the end just kicked total ass. Nothing like f*cking up an enemy some kinda good with a Bradley... :)

I didnt like it . I stopped playing it after i pressed the left mouse button and didnt fire anything. Not my tpe of game i guess.

yes, some games actually require a little thinking and strategy.. sometimes those things are hard to grasp... :p

Full Spectrum Warrior looks like a tactical shooter, but it's actually a strategy game.
