Meh, I was just looking for plush headcrabs and started surfing around and found this... and made an account just to reply to it.

Anyways... I'm not even going to touch the 'Gordon from the future' thing, but I'll point out some things we can surmise from the various games.

First of all, the G-Man is real, he has been seen by and talked with a number of people, though it does seem possible that he can be seen by one person and not by others if he chooses it to be so.

He is able to interact with real world objects, and does so on several occasions.

He seems to be or had been some sort of contractor for higher powers.

He has some form of control over time and dimension, or is able to direct other powers/beings to this effect.

I would say a couple of other things about him but there doesn't seem to be a spoiler hide function on this board and I don't want to ruin it for people that haven't played all the games.

Good question, Valve was selling them at one point but not any more... so you'd have to get it from ebay, make your own, or have someone else make one.

Even if it was originally their plan to drop that horrendous plot-twist, so many people have mentioned it that Valve surely would've written it out by now.

Someone should make a giant themed G-Mod version of Where's Wally/Waldo where you have to spot the G-Man in every page amidst a sea of HL2 NPCs doing ridiculous things. Like suggesting that Gordon Freeman is the G-Man.

Uh, no. My hair has been going from nearly white to a darker blonde for several years now.
