hope you manage to sort everything out man. might want to check out the Triangle area in NC (Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh), it's a pretty great place to live, good employment (relatively anyway), and I don't think you'd have any trouble finding an apartment or house or whatever.
Their building codes are so strict and yuppie and high-class that everything is made out of brick and has columns and you can't tell the difference between a gas station and a bank unless you can see the gas pumps.
Well sucks that you are homeless as thats ****ed up as it is, but yeh fighting about stuff just escalates the situation, I know you were majorily pissed off but maybe you learn from that mistake and just shout random profanaties later on.
I mean Ive learnt how to do harm to someone else and how to defend myself all my life, but I also learnt that fighting isnt the answer unless you or one of your friends/family was threatened physically. Thankfully that has never happened, there have been many times when I could have just easily knocked a guy out cold when pissing me because there have been times where people really drove me up the wall, but I chose not to. Believe me you will get far with that mentality.
I wish you luck on finding a new home/job anyway.
You're a pretty messed up person Virus.
I've been training to kill for about 10 years, self defense, no rules, and trained to fight for about 18. I'm not trained for a gentleman's duel or whatever the hell this man was thinking.
I'm built like Sinkoman, yet I talk more shit than Hulk Hogan, and I can't help it. I've got huge ****ing bull balls and so the aggression comes with that. Advantages and disadvantages .
INSIDE OF A HOMELESS SHELTER, HE REALIZES WHAT HE MUST DOFirst thing I do is go by the emergency homeless shelter and tell them that I am homeless and I am living out of my car. They have a place to stay for a night, two, maybe three. They will help me find more permanent, but still temporary shelter.
My father has been kind enough to give me another 2 months to get my stuff out of his basement as well, so I will likely move at least some of the bigger things into the storage unit as well, if not everything.
Depends on if I have energy left.
lol... kicking things in anger. My little brother did that when he was seven.
Anyways, you said you have money, why not just get an apartment?
You may not have to move, get some advice, and quickly.I got in a fist fight with my landlord yesterday! Nobody talks to me like that.
I have a 2 days to get my stuff out
I may not be back for a while after that.
I haven't been able to find a place to live or a job, despite having plenty of money saved up and a car that is paid for.
The economy is completely ****ed and unemployment higher than hell.
So, I am actually a hobo now.
/facepalm

http://www.ext.vt.edu/pubs/family/354-066/354-066.htmlYou have the right to a proper eviction notice
If you do not have a lease agreement, the landlord can evict you without any reason; however, you must receive a 30-day written notice. If the eviction is for nonpayment of rent, the landlord may give you a ?five-day pay or quit notice.? If the rent is not paid within five days, the landlord must go to court or give you written notice to leave.
See VRLTA Section 55-248.35
If you have a lease agreement, and your lease ends, you must quickly move out of the apartment. When moving out, you must remove all items that belong to you, leaving the apartment in a good and clean condition; reasonable wear and tear are expected.
See VRLTA Section 55-248.20
