It's a new game from Derek Smart, the guy who made the Battlecruiser 3000ad series... I've downloaded it and it seems unnecessarily hard. The demo's structured in a strange, strange way... you have 30 minutes each to complete 2 training exercises before you get to real combat, but I have no idea how the training works. You're just given instructions on how to do the different things, but you have no idea if you're gonna "succeed" after those 30 minutes... What that means is, you're thrown into space, and you're told to read the ingame manual.
