GameCube game suggestions demanded.

That's right, I am demanding that you give some GameCube game suggestions. You don't have a choice.

I recently acquired a Gamecube and am looking for some advice on games. Specifically Nintendo made/exclusive games. I recently bought Metroid Prime, I thougt it would be a mediocre game and to my suprise it was an excellent game, one of the best I've played on any system. I looked up its reviews online and it scored in the 90s on almost all of them. But I'm still hesitant on getting Zelda: Windwalker or Wario World, anyone played them? I bought Mario Sunshine and felt somewhat let-down, but I still thought the gameplay made it one of the better platformers on any system. Just didn't like the new formula, an episode/mini-levels formula. So I'm hesitant on this new Zelda that went in a different direction than its forebearers.

Wind Waker is a doosey.. I like it, but everytime I try to play it, 10 minutes later, I'm yawning (literally) and I turn the system off. I'm not sure why, but something's missing.. I loved OoT, and many people claim it lives up to OoT and surpasses it.. but I find it.. boring.

Wind Waker is a great game artistically (even though I don't like that style I have to admit that it was very well done)... but I agree with Shuzer about it not living up to OoT. I think if they continued with the Zelda that they canned in favor of Wind Waker I would have liked it more.

I forgot about all those good games.. although, I don't think WR:BS is quite worth the purchase. I guess some people liked it, but, eh. I have it, just can't say it's super enjoyable.

I HIGHLY recommend Pikmin, that's an addicting beyond belief game.
Also, I'm aware not all liked it, but Luigi's Mansion is actually alot of fun. The dust/dirt/etc effects alone are worth it, IMO

Resident Evil remake. I dont have a GCN, but I borrowed one and played that. Wasnt a bit disapointed.

Well if you like Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes is coming out next month on the 12th. It's a remake of MGS1 but with MGS2 graphics (maybe even better). You would probably love it if your a fan of MGS. I'm definately getting it the day it comes out.

Pikmin! That game cracks me up... come over here and pick up this tiny pellet, young Thomas, the fire pikmin! That's it... what?! You can't carry it by YOURSELF?! *throws young Thomas in the nearby pool* Anyone else want to question me?! HUH?! Yeah, captain bignose is hardass...

Super Mario Sunshine... that's a damn hard game... but the music and overall look is pretty sweet.

bah, I got every shine in SMS.. except for 10 blue coin shines, and I can't be bothered to go back through every level and collect 50 more blue coins (100? I forget, been awhile.. it's either 5 or 10 blue coins for a shine.. )

Well hell, I can't recommend Wind Waker enough. I'm one of those people that thinks it at least lives up to Oot, if not a little bit more because of the effect the art has on the game. I can at least garuntee it will be better than almost anything you've played in a while.

Mario Party 4/5, abosolute mini-game heaven! party heaven too, next to MK: DD
try to get ut hands on the zelda collectors disc... it's amazing

oh! even tho it's not exclusive, get Prince of Persia

ur the 1st person i've seen say buy luigi's mansion... at least some one knows what a good time is!

Yeah Prince of Persia is an own for just about anywhere. I'd also recommend Mario Kart if you have access to other carbon based peoples to play it with.
