Yeah, I borrowed 2 and 3 from a friend when I got my PS3 and gave up on 2 a few hours in. The story felt like Call of Duty in future nazi space but with less motivation. Just a load of "Ramirez, go over here" without any solid justification.
Spelunky is fun but also a giant horrible ****. But in a fun way. I'm somehow enjoying learning about all the hilarious and unfortunate ways I can die, usually due to carelessness. Most recently I've learned not to stand under an arrow trap if I'm trying to set it off to avoid ricochets, and to not always set off a boulder trap at the top of a level until I know where the shopkeeper is (those guys know how to hold a grudge).
