I think its ok to be gay,as long as there not throwing it in my face in public or via the media (queer eye for the straight guy,broke back mountain,queer as folk,will and grace). I just dont think it should be a mainstream thing because it unatural.And young kids are very impressionable,so when they see these things in public there gonna begin thinking that gay is really a choice and start choosing to be gay at young ages,instead of just figuring it out later on. And I dont want to explain to my kid why there are two guys kissing in the park or in a movie he saw.Who or what someone screws (as long as its not kids) is none of my business,I just dont want to look at it everywhere I go.

1. Nobody except Sigwhatsisface and possibly Short Recoil. has ever managed to choose their sexual orientation.
2. Suggesting that homosexuality in the media will influence kids into becoming gay is one of the most ridiculous/hilarious notion I've ever encountered.
3. People aren't allowed to make any mention of homosexuality in the media then?

queer eye for the straight guy was a quality show. Making hetro's into metro ftw.

Queer Eye For the Straight Guy was an abhorrent piece of television.
Partly because it had ridiculously camp men flouncing around, thus reinforcing stereotypes that ALL gay men are like that - I would have hoped the guys in the show would have had more self-respect than that, but apparently not.
But also because it was so horrendously exploitative. It's the equivalent of (and the following un-p.c. terms are used with irony, not conviction) "Dark Eye For the Honky Guy", where white men are told by black guys how to eat only chicken and watermelon whilst stealing things all the time.
Yeah, well-f*cking-done whoever came up with it. They should be publicly flogged.

Havent you ever seen that episode of Southpark? Where the queer eye guys turn all the men into metros,and they turn out to be crab people trying to take over earth's surface,but the men were to feminent to do anything about it. Yup,theres some truth behind that.LOL. South Park actually sums alot of issues in the world today up very nicely, :thumbs:

People who demand "No fags in the military" believe just that, (that "homosexual" is equivalent to "rapist") or at least they use it as a "justification" for their view. Because, of course, in a life-or-death situation, all a gay guy will be thinking about is bum-sex, just as a woman will be thinking about knitting and an Australian about stealing.

No, I don't think finding other men attractive for a guy is any more right than for a 40-year-old man to be aroused by 8-year-old girls.
