By changing my diet to 2000 calories a day or less and about 30 minutes to an hour of excersise a day I've lost over 40 lbs. I've had a shit load of work in the last couple of months so I fell back on my diet and excercise and now Im gaining weight again. It's all about discipline, if you can get your ass outside to do some excersise and actually control your diet losing weight really isn't that difficult.
