God, im SO READY for HL2

I want it now! Is anyone else here excited about the prospect of half life 2 being released this year? I cant wait to immerse myself in the single player... And play the first hl2 mods.

Deus Ex 2
Half-Life 2
Doom 3

That's just a list of games, not to mention movies:

Matrix Revolutions
LOTR: The Return of the King
etc etc

Lots to look forward too. Cherish it, once these games past, it will be another 3-4 years before we see the next wave of technologically superior games.

Gonna have to upgrade myself -- and a big upgrade this time too. My current box is already struggling to handle the gear I have in it now, power-wise so I doubt if it could handle a thirsty Radeon and the fastest CPUs around.

Mueah.. FarCry seems like a fun game to play. I would love to play tournament in such a humungous forrest jumgle shizzle. it would be so hard to find someone in an 1 VS 1 trounament game

Yea, multi should be great.

The AI will also be good in this game. It'll be good enough to compare with Hl2s' AI.

indeed.. I saw one of the video's where they edited some stuff and then they could play it right away, and the AI of the opponents where pretty good. I hope HL² wil beat farcry AI whise

hmm.. are you the first one who expects halo? I am going to enjoy playing halo or the pc.. I followed the game progress for so long. untill microsoft bought halo and made it an x-box exclusive game.
