I don't hate them, I don't even know them, I just think they look incredibly stupid.

If someone dresses trashy/skanky I will call them on it, if someone dresses with class I will tell them they look sharp, if someone dresses like a freak, I will let them know. The only time it's not acceptable is if say for instance it's someone poor that it's the only clothes they could wear to stay warm. These people chose to dress in a way that I find incredibly idiotic and I'll let them know
