No, the 360 version is far more tactical than the Xbox variety. The Xbox version negates tactical thinking because of the removal of prone, climbing and two of your teammates. Read the Gamespot review - they say it doesn't even feel like a Ghost Recon game. I think how it works is, when the fighting starts, the warm colors become oversaturated, the HDR contrast increases, and the bloom... well, blooms. It's supposed to subconsciously make the battle seem more intense.
