I think the links are dead. If you look at the "submit" button, it is just a clickable image- it doesnt actually have a link that goes anywhere. Right click it and select properties... it just shows you the location of the "submit" image. greeeeaaat.... you think rockstar would be able to make a working website wouldn't you?

If they could get the balance 'twixt plot and respect system it would be the most replayable, non-linear piece of gaming fabulousness ever. EVER.
Maybe with the proper GTA 4, eh? Which is actually GTA 7. Oh the confusion.

Well at least the site acknowledges you now, but they could put a message before you put in your details and then find out you aren't going to download it due to high traffic

It says right on the page that they have to limit the number of downloads because of how popular it was...what gets me is that even though its a free download, they have this on their site:
