El, thats in the trams, i belive it is right above some tripwires. Or it is in a little room on the side in the tram tunnels, the room contain a bullsquid headcrabs, and a ceiling dude. Also contains a bit of 9mm ammo.

That is a scientist at the beginning of the game before you go up an elevator a electronic thing blowes up and the scientists run over to it. The first scientist says "What the hell is going on with our equipment?!"

Hm. The closest one I can think of is when Barney was shooting at the tentacle things but he says "Hey, hey, eat this you outer space octopus!!" then the tentacle smashes him. It was the chapter Blast Pit.

He very rarely says it in that chapter. He very occasionally says "Eat this you bastard..." there. He's also scripted to say it in the Uplink demo.

It is the Scientist when you go back out to the tram catwalk after the experiment. When you walk too close the platform gives and he grabs a wire or something. He doesn't hang on and falls into the dark, he screams "FREEMAN!" While falling. Also some 12 round 9mm clips to the right, by the barney.
