Half-Life 2 Game Mods /w Purchase?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum, if I buy HL2 retail, can i download DoD:Source and Cs:Source for free or do I have to pay for those game mods? Also, the same question for Cs:Source retail, if I bought that, would I have to pay for other source game mods? Thanks.

DoD:Source and Cs:Source are retail products and are not free but they do come bundled with hl2 collectors edition or online purchase

mods by definition are free free free unless they are excellent and are snapped up by valve

lol thats the only difference between gold and silver the pointless stuff
