I think Guilty is insinuating one of two things there: That humans WERE the forerunners in some time so long ago that all record of it has ceased to exist. Or simply that Guilty assumed MC was a forerunner because he had come to use the installation.

From what I see here she was on a boat and it was tossed by a "flurry." Everyone else on the boat was lost. When she awakes she is tied down.

I'm pretty sure what 343GS meant was that the Rings were constructed to essentially quarantine the Flood, and to keep them alive for study. He goes on to say he's happy to see that they've survived for reproduction. Hence the name "The Monitor"; he's there simply to monitor the Flood while the Forerunner are gone.

And I'm sure everyone knows how 343GS recognises the Master Chief as some sort of warrior sent to control the flood (Can't remember correctly, I haven't read The Flood or played Halo in a while), most people attribute this to the hypothesis that the human race is the remnants of the Forerunner. While this may be true (and it has a quite good chance of being true, assuming that the Forerunner could somehow influence the development of the English language throughout the years), 343GS probably recognises the MC due to his armor, as GS questions why the MC is using "such an archaic model" and recommends upgrading to Mark 11-class battle skin.

It doesn't matter TOO much, but there are references to The Fall Of Reach in The Flood and First Strike. Reading them in order also gives you some good continuity in your reading, which overall will help you to piece these clues together more easily.

Guys, I'm confused as hell. I know what you're talking about, yet I'm sitting here sweatin like a pig trying to decode all this garbage. Would some please post a BRIEF description of all the things posted so far.

Well since there's so much stuff within the website, and we've likely only just scratched the surface of it all. Based on this quote:

It seems to me it seems as if an AI of some sort, be it Covenant, Forerunner or Human, has managed to hijack some poor lady's bee website, so far for reasons unknown. Perhaps trying to hide from another AI, presumably the "Spider" mentioned throughout the AI's "narrative".

Among this narrative is a shattered conversation between an ONI tech and several crew members of a ship, with sentences that seem to lead towards the fact that the ship housing the above four humans crash-landed on a black beach during a thunderstorm. Presumably before the crash, the four crewmembers talk about a world called Troy, and something they've discovered that would require them to evacuate the world. One of them asks "What about her?" to which the ONI tech replies "The Operator? (cough) File's classified." This leads me to believe that the Operator is either an AI with a female persona, or perhaps an Engineer, or even a "techie" female Forerunner. The possibilities are pretty much endless.

There are also a number of sentences and paragraphs that seem to be unrelated to anything above so far, such as:

That was my nickname. That's what the rest of the crew called me when they didn't call me ... whatever my name was.

This I believe is written by a Forerunner AI similar to The Monitor, a.k.a. 343 Guilty Spark. It kind of makes sense... The Monitor was on Halo simply to monitor the Flood's progression as a species. Perhaps The Operator was an AI that was stationed on a different ring to maintain it's operation while the Forerunner are gone.

That's all I've got so far. Everyone's got their own hypotheses.
