Yup, got it, but I wish I had a dx9 card.

And for some weird ass reason the water on halo is black with white spots, it hurts.

Halo PC is a bad idea , Microsoft should stop wasting their time for HaloPC and start concentrating on Half 2-which BTW, looks like crap.:dork:

The Halo PC Beta runs choppy but it works fine. Some textures are missing and there's incompatibilty issues with some graphics cards.

Don't care, Halo didn't impress me. Only reason I played it is because it was co-op and my friends didn't have a chance at beating any of it.

Compaired to PC shooters, Halo isn't worth the space.

One of the best gaming moments I've ever had is 8v8 Halo CTF in Blood Gulth with all my friends. I haven't come across a thing in the gaming world that can touch that.

Im sorry i think HL2 looks better.......just because they make everything all shiny metal doesnt mean it looks better.

Is it just me or does these types of games just get more and more blurred? I hope that trend will change.
Sidenote: I still like HL2 looks better. Better in this case is subjective of course, but I have a feeling its more oldschool in terms of texturing style. Its able to have normal mapping and so on, but still seems more based on the high res textures == pretty pictures idea, not normal mapping == HELL YEAH!!!. But maybe that's just me. Seen some pretty bad textures in the videos too

Yes, very choppy, but of course it's a beta that doesn't represent the final code of the game... atleast I hope not.

Anyway... I think I might pass on the purchase of Halo PC. Though I might pick it up when and if it goes on sale and even when that day comes I'll most likely be hooked on HL2.
