Im watching it tonight, all the critics are slating it though!. Looking at the web reviews, most cinema goers said it was good but the critics say its not.

What are your views?

It was pretty good, but not as good as it could've been

I mean, it was pretty standard entertainment. Will Smith is enjoyable as always and it's pretty funny but I don't know, I expected better.

Empire gave it 3/5 stars, that's hardly 'slating'.

Everyone seemed pretty hyped about it. Hopefully watching it tomorrow!

Thought it looked like shit when I saw the trailer before Indy 4.
Meh, just looked like a random cash-in movie.

It can't be worse than Indy 4 tho!

Who knows, Indy 4 had a very enjoyable first half hour... then it just started rolling down a hill that was covered in shit.

I have saved myself the torment of watching Indy 4.

And Hancock looks shit. Doesn't surprise me the 'goers seem to like it - the majority of people are morons.

See, even if critics and people call it shit, I always like to go anyway just to form my own opinion of it.

I wouldn't waste money on something that looks like shit.
You could probably see it through...... other means.

Even though I regretfully wasted money on seeing Indy 4, but what can I say... I had huge doubts that it could possibly be as shitty as everyone described it.

Turns out they were right. :(

Unlimited card ftw. I go to see anything in the cinema that doesn't look absolutely dreadful.

Damn those morons for having opinions :p

I am gonna download this movie, only because you assholes convinced me it sucks.

Expected it to be shit, and I hate Will Smith, had to see it last night with friends and it was actually better than I thought it would be, with a storyline too. But Charlize Theron is always worth the admission fee on her own.

And you're the worst kind of snob when it comes to movies. If you can't have some kind of intellectual wankfest over it, then you're not interested.

A movie doesn't have to be intellectually engaging in order to be enjoyable.

oh lol! Sometimes I find Samon way to selective when it comes to games and movies as well, it's his "storyline and characters: account of 90% of movie" kind of ideology. He needs to accept some "fun" in movies and games sometimes.

Actually I didn't like Hancock, because they didn't develop the focal point of the story, of where the "hero" actually came from and how the were formed and for what purpose. At first, I thought it was going to be a comedy film, as one would inquire from the trailer, but it never ended up being anything like that. And the twist, I thought was terribly implemented, it's like suddenly you offloaded with a shitload of information on how they were husband and wife, and how they existed from Egyptian times. I was like "wtf??!!" when I heard all that. And who the hell were those people from the prison who wanted "their powers back"? Seems like a half-way point between seriousness and humour, with a confusing plot and disconnected characters. It could have been a way more decent movie if it had a better script.

Nevertheless, I still loved the "guy shoved up another guy's ass" scene. Priceless!

Seen it the other night and left the cinema with mixed feelings.. kinda empty really. The first half was great, but then it seems like they ran out of ideas and didnt really know where the story was going and so decided to heave shit loads of info onto us in the space of like 10 minutes.

Its felt rushed towards the end and all that "call me ass holse on more time thing' was raelly corny YUK

Overall could have been alot better. I guess Will wanted to do it coz he gets to play a super hero and fly about on wires lol

I don't think that that was the focal point of the story.

Watched it last night, the first half was cool but somewhere it just went all wrong and started to suck.
