I can't believe some of you DISSED Thanksgiving... I mean... it's like the most well-intended holiday... it brings families together, gets people thinking about how grateful they are for things, and, oh yeah, FEAST! How can you NOT like that?!

If you don't celebrate it... sorry! That's no reason to bag on it, though.

Mashed Potatoes (potatoes from the field)
Fried Squash (Squash from the garden)
Homemade Crescent roles (Made from grain that we grew on the farm)

Homemade Apple pie
Homemade Peach pie
Homemade Grape pie
Homemade whipped cream

Seriously, do you even have any idea behind the meaning of the word native? It means born in that area...If you really followed your notions of race/heritage making someone native, you'd realize that no one is native until you reach certain points in the Asia.(Primarily the Middle East)...everyone migrated from that general area, even us "Native Americans."

I know you were only joking, but I've seen comments like this before, and they just don't make sense.
