Headshots Mean Nothing

cl_interpolate 0 tends to help if you're missing shots a lot... Did for me anyway :)
as far as I know they fixed that now didn't they?

I dunno, but it made a huuuge difference to me, and I only started setting it that way recently...

omg eplipesy from rippedsteel's avatar - ffs turn the flashing off

If you tunr interpolte off, all the models start jumping around...

They don't jump around that much if you have a decent connection, which I do, but it probably wouldn't be a very good idea for high pingers...

Btw, is who drunk?

According to our degenerate friend, with U's and bad grammar.

I've been typing bad lately. I don't know why. I need to start proof-reading.

That's the episode where Radioactive man gets owned

I recently moved to Uni, and am unable to play online any more due to a firewall. So eventually after getting Steam updated (long story, don't ask), I started playing CSS in offline mode against bots. I am getting reg problems with those. Possibly once every 30-45 mins, a shot does not register. Go figure. Now, I've come to realise that the problem may not be at all to do with the interpolation or whatever, but could boil down to the blood drawing anims! It would make me much happier to have these calculated server-side in online play and have to wait a while before seeing if a shot has hit.

Bots have shite registration imo. Sometimes they just stand there and you land a good shot on their heads yet it doesn't register :S

I hit him in the head, he had no helmet, but it only did little damage. I yell, "WTF??!?!?!?"

It means that you did not shoot him with an AWP. It might also mean you have a slow ping.
