Oh, I don't have the whole story. I just thought of the premise now. But it would be set to Gnarls Barkley's Crazy, and in the end it would turn out that the guy was crazy all along... or maybe the whole world is crazy.

I'm using the run-away idea for inspiration for a story-thing that I'm trying to get a start at, so I'd like something less..classic?

That is a great book.

Anyway...

A guy who is spoiled, knows he is spoiled, hates himself because of it, and is really, really bad at making good decisions.

Eventually he makes a couple of screw-ups in a row, and goes for a walk, and doesn't stop.

Eventually he is lost, and someone mugs him and takes his wallet. He flips out, wants to go home. Things just get worse from there.

How about that story?
