Help with gamecam lite.

i own a copy of Gamecam lite registered. and i cant get it to work..i make a profile for all the games but it just doesnt work! if i do manage to record sumthing the file is 2kb..and when i open it it gives me a dodgy error!

windows xp home sp2
intel p4 3.60ghz
1024ddr (dualchannel)
320gb hd
X600 pro 256mb pci-e
windows media player 9..
