The IPs only check where it was created. If it checked where it was used, it would have found that it was not the same IP. This is bullshit, either IPs were doctored, I am right, or someone is lieing.

That's kind of gay, I had clone accounts too in the past and didn't get banned (HerzaiMekhtar, but I posted in Munro's thread about "IF YOU HAVE DUPE ACCOUNTS POST IT HERE TO NOT GET BANNED" to not get banned for it)

In that case ban Alex. She(?) has the same ip as someone else in the forum, I forget since I dont overly care who, but there sharing ips and "apartently" its his girlfriend.

This is just mods banning who they like, giving out a plainly bullshit reason for it.

How can you honestly deduce that it was Pesmerga that made the account? I can understand if you saw him create it, but couldn't it have been a sibling, a roommate, or even another member of this forum posting the secret messages?
There is no reasonable explanation as to why he was banned.
2 accounts by 1 person is possible, but it is also possible that it could be 2 accounts on 1 IP meaning brother and brother using the same internet for the same forum..
