That's right, Valve has shut off funds to the forum. It hasn't been announced yet for fear of panic and despair, but starting August 16th of this year, 2005, the forums will be hopeless without funds from other sources.

It shouldn't be in the rules then. If there are 2 users in the same household that use the same forum, they should both be allowed to have seperate accounts for privacy matters.

How can you honestly deduce that it was Pesmerga that made the account? I can understand if you saw him create it, but couldn't it have been a sibling, a roommate, or even another member of this forum posting the secret messages?
There is no reasonable explanation as to why he was banned.
2 accounts by 1 person is possible, but it is also possible that it could be 2 accounts on 1 IP meaning brother and brother using the same internet for the same forum..
