To everyone else:
Last night I was in the IRC channel with everyone else as we chatted about the delay. Munro came on, we got word that he received no e-mail, so we all assumed that it was a hoax after all, since the mail SHOULD have been sent to Munro (as hl2.net is like Gabe's favorite hl2 community). After that, Munro said: "I could always get a video of Gabe telling you if the game was delayed or not and show it to you if you really don't believe the e-mails."
So I think right about now is when we need that video.
Edit: Rec, just lightening up the extremely heavy boards is all.

yes, because one can never have too much proof.
I would also like a document signed in blood by the entire Valve staff stating that HL2 is infact delayed.
Then I'll require that blood to be tested for authenticity..so I'll need a small sample of blood, taken by me personally (to prevent cheating), so I can compare that sample to the blood on the document.

why would gabe BEAT into our head with EVERY person who aksed him the release date the 30th 30th 30th its coming out the 30th its the 30th, why would it change now, the game is done. they are copying the game right now as we are bitching about delay, they are sitting in a chair watch the game go down a assembly line, laughing at us. The release date wont change.

Yeah lying is a popular marketing tool. Imagine how much more sales they'll get on the 30th when everyone thinks it's still delayed and in fact it's in stores.

well i dont think they will just put it in, because they know a million people are eithger going to skip school or take off work,and if they think its delayed, they will goto work or school, they will announce soon, either today tomarrow or a few days, that the release date is... enchanged, and still remained September 30th.

No need for the video now, Gabe sent a reply to my e-mail, asking us all for patience in these trying times (haha that sounds so stupid).

ok.. i like you. lets be friends. anyway lets all go stand in front of the Vavle HQ with signs on the 30th, that is if it REALLY is delayed.. which untill the 30th comes, NOTHING will talk me out of thinking it will be released that day ty.
