Okay, sorry to bump up this thread... but I just now watched the movie...


Such a bore! The humor in the thing was just too far out there... barely enough to make me crack a smile, sometimes.

You really need to read the book to get the most of the movie. I don't know if you have... just throwing it out there.

Also, being a fan of Britsh comedy is a plus.

No. I haven't read it.

As for british comedy... I can never understand some of the stuff...

I loved the movie, It was so corny and tongue in cheek that it was funny.

I did read the book beforehand aswell.

And damn, that girl who plays Trillian is quite attractive.
