Hl2 leaked again?

someone from my cs clan said he had it and he took some pics and gave them to me... they are from the opening apartment scene from this years e3 presentation except he has noclip on and is floating in between walls.... thats kinda convincing for me but i guess it could be an elaborate hoax, but i have my reasonable doubts.

But only in case the original release will appear soon. Ive tried to download new leak, which was about 3.6 GB and to my surprise, when , after 3 days or so, download was completed, I was so confused when there were only some grabbed porn pictures. Really funny. I hate all the people who are cheating us on those peer-to-peers.

I noticed on suprnova yesterday that someone had uploaded New maps for Hl2 Beta, prehaps someone has got hold of the e3 2004 maps and distributed them for the original leak.

But whatever the case is I really hope nothing has been leaked, im not sure how valve would take it :x

However, in all seriousness, there is no 2004 leak. As part of the original leak in 2003, a seperate map pack was released that contained loads of uncompiled maps in Hammer format. Some people edited those maps and compiled them. Some results I had seen recently seemed to have been compiled from an edited version of the apartment level that must have been in the map pack. I must say it did look quite convincing - but it's the same old, illegal, unstable content and absolutely nothing new.

Those maps are the recompiled Prison maps that were present in the original leaked build but were unplayable to a version discrepancy. Someone recompiled them in Hammer Editor and uploaded them.

No, this is another thread about the same fake "new leak" that people were talking about a couple weeks ago. Either the maps were present in the original leaked build and were recompiled to be playable, or someone mimiced the E3 2004 build maps in Hammer Editor and released them under guise of legitimacy. I've seen screenshots of them on another forum (hl2source, I think) and they're obviously piss-poor replicas created by somebody who was bored one day at work.
