I was actually trying to make an animated avatar using Ulead GIF Animator. Nothing was working right, the program wasn't doing what I wanted it to do, and I consequently hate Ulead.

I then quickly made this one to sort of express myself at the time. Kind of angry to the point where I was giggling in madness.
