How I can get my mod listed here?

I have submitted my mod website here twice and I don't see it on the list. It's not a "coming soon" page, it is a fully featured mod website with details of every item featured in the mod.
I also tried sending a message to Munro since it seems the mails sent via the form go to Munro.

Many of those mods have been cancelled, so I think it's time for an update.

But what if the mod has permission to use the content?
And if such mods are not approved, why then mods like "Dragonball Adventures", "Jedi: Timeline", "Resident Evil: Project Undead" are on the list?
