It seems Spark/Activision has some interest for Half-Life 2. I found this in the first few levels in Call of Duty: United Offensive. Possibly a spoof, or just a coincidence? (Notice the names in the screenshots).

Activision handles the DoD:Source retail when it eventually comes out so I wouldn't say this is a coincidence.
