How do you get a moving avatar?

Hey all, I want that as my ava, unfortunatly all I can get is a stationary one. Anyone know who I'd get it moving? Thanks.

In order to set an animated gif as your avatar and have the animation retained, it must be originally 50x50 or under. The forum had to resize yours so it only did the first frame.

I found gifworks to be really glitchy, and whenever I saved the resized gif it ended up with random gray splotches every frame, so I suggest using online-image-editor
