How do you get a moving avatar?

In order to set an animated gif as your avatar and have the animation retained, it must be originally 50x50 or under. The forum had to resize yours so it only did the first frame.

It needs to be under a certain size (150 kb, iirc) and 50x50

I resized it for you:

Huzzah for the Saiyan prince.

And once a Starcraft 2 Ghost Portrait is released, you're resizing it. D:<

You need a special kind of jpeg that only becomes available to you when you're cool.

I managed to resize it

I found gifworks to be really glitchy, and whenever I saved the resized gif it ended up with random gray splotches every frame, so I suggest using online-image-editor

Imageready superior.

Same thing. I'd answer "Photoshop" if I was asked that as well.

What's easier?

"How'd you make that?"
"Photoshop."

Or...

"How'd you make that?"
"Imageready."
"What?"
"It's a program that comes with Photoshop that specializes in .gifs."
"Oh. ...Just say Photoshop next time."
"Good idea."

I disagree. Specificity is the key to EVERYTHING!
