btw, I'm seriously troubled by the lack of morals of them. IIRC, the guy said that his friend lost the cell phone 8 times, and the last time was this.

The guy wasnt really an ass. I think this went way beyond what he intended. Plus he didnt profit from this, he stated that he in fact lost a lot of money because he had to stay out of work a lot, pay overusage charges for his bandwith, and now might have legal fees for the lawsuit the family is putting up.
